About You:
You are a strategic event marketing leader who owns and leads Fello’s end-to-end event vision, positioning events as a core growth, brand, and revenue channel. You think holistically across company-hosted conferences, field events, executive programs, webinars, and third-party sponsorships, defining event goals, themes, content strategy, and attendee experience. You balance strategic vision with execution excellence, partnering closely with marketing, sales, customer success, product, and leadership to orchestrate teams and vendors, ensuring events are high-impact, on-brand, measurable, and aligned to company objectives.
You Will:
Event Strategy & Leadership
- Own the overall event strategy and calendar across conferences, trade shows, webinars, virtual events, and executive programs.
- Develop an annual, integrated event strategy aligned to demand generation, customer marketing, and thought leadership goals.
- Identify and prioritize the right mix of company-hosted events, field events, sponsorships, and webinars.
- Establish clear success criteria, KPIs, and ROI frameworks for all events.
Content, Themes & Experience Design
- Own event storytelling, including themes, creative direction, session frameworks, and attendee journey.
- Partner with content, product marketing, and leadership to develop compelling agendas and materials.
- Oversee development of event assets such as presentations, stage content, signage, video, and digital experiences.
- Ensure consistency across event messaging, visuals, and tone.
Company-Hosted Events & Conferences
- Lead the creation and evolution of Fello-hosted events and conferences from concept through execution.
- Define event purpose, target audience, themes, messaging, content tracks, and experience design.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on agendas, speaker strategy, session formats, and content narratives.
Execution Oversight & Operational Excellence
- Oversee event execution through internal resources and external vendors.
- Provide strategic direction, timelines, and quality standards to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage event budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships at a strategic level.
- Ensure operational efficiency, risk management, and contingency planning.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define and track event performance metrics including pipeline impact, ROI, engagement, and retention.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on event effectiveness.
- Use data to optimize event strategy, mix, and future investments.
You Have:
- 8-10+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing.
- Proven experience building and leading a strategic events function.
- Demonstrated success owning large-scale events and conferences end-to-end.
- Experience leading event strategy tied to pipeline, revenue, and brand outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex timelines.
- Highly organized, strategic mindset with a focus on execution excellence, ROI, and continuous improvement.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in B2B PropTech industries, Real Estate, or SaaS strongly preferred.
- Experience building and scaling company-hosted conferences.
- Familiarity with modern event technology and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
