Job Description
Our client, a fashion software company, is looking for a freelance Growth Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote role that will be 40 hours a week for a minimum of 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop marketing plans aligned with company goals; own KPIs and ROI reporting.
- Demand Generation: Run multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, SEO, social, webinars, ABM); manage lead lifecycle and optimize pipeline.
- Product & Customer Marketing: Define positioning and go-to-market strategies; create sales enablement tools and customer advocacy programs.
- Brand & Content: Maintain brand consistency; produce blogs, whitepapers, videos, and social content; oversee design assets.
- Events: Plan and execute webinars and small in-person events; partner with Sales for lead generation.
- Operations & Analytics: Manage marketing tech stack; analyze performance; ensure data integrity and actionable reporting.
Must haves:
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing with experience in both strategy and hands-on execution
- Proven success in full-funnel marketing, demand generation, and brand building
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot & marketing automation tools
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction while collaborating effectively across teams
- Must have their own workstation
- Experience in digital production in the fashion industry is a plus
