We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for our international client portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Build, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with client KPIs and business objectives
- Design and implement testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, messaging, and bidding strategies
Performance Optimization & Analysis
- Monitor campaign metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.) and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify growth opportunities and scaling potential
- Build attribution models and reporting dashboards that tell the full performance story
Client Partnership
- Serve as the strategic lead for assigned accounts, presenting insights and recommendations with confidence
- Translate business goals into performance marketing roadmaps
- Identify upsell opportunities and propose strategic expansions based on data
Technical Implementation
- Oversee pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and analytics setup
- Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and ensure data accuracy
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Team Collaboration
- Brief creative teams with clear, performance-focused direction
- Mentor junior marketers and interns on campaign management best practices
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvement
Qualifications
- Upto 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Proven track record in managing Big budgets and delivering measurable results
- Decent understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and analytics platforms
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or B2C campaigns across multiple verticals
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions quickly
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and stakeholders
- Experience with international clients (US, UK, EU markets) is a strong plus
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a remote work environment
