Duration: Freelance through Q1 with potential to extend
Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role:
Our leading healthcare client is seeking an experienced SEM Specialist with strong analytical skills to join their team on a freelance basis, fully remote, 40 hours per week. This role requires a hands-on Google Ads expert who thrives in the details and can deliver measurable improvements to high-volume campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing SEM campaigns and provide actionable recommendations to drive performance improvements.
- Build and launch new campaigns, including setup and optimization strategies.
- Manage and optimize 200+ active campaigns with additional campaigns expected.
- Perform detailed data analysis using Google Ads Editor and Excel, including slicing and dicing large datasets.
- Implement ongoing optimizations to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate insights effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of hands-on SEM experience, with a focus on Google Ads.
- Proven ability to manage six-figure monthly ad spends.
- Google Ads certification required.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Agency experience is a plus
