Senior Art Director

Our Agency client is searching for an Art Director to join their team. This candidate will concept and craft campaigns across digital, print and experiential platforms. 

This is a direct hire/FTE role and is fully remote. Candidates in EST and CST time zones are preferred. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Partner with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists to concept and develop integrated campaigns that elevate client brands. 
• Design and direct creative work across digital, print, social, presentation, and motion formats. 
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity. 
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback that fosters growth and upholds design standards. 
• Translate brand strategies and guidelines into compelling, on-brief visual executions. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously-maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines. 
• Participate in client meetings, project kickoffs, and creative reviews to ensure alignment on creative direction. 
• Collaborate with production and vendors to ensure flawless execution of deliverables. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field 
• 4-6 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, layout mastery, typography, and brand storytelling across multiple mediums 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of PowerPoint 
• Strong understanding of UX/UI fundamentals a plus 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills able to articulate design rationale clearly 
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
