NOTE: THIS JOB REQUIRED RELOCATION TO DUBAI (COMPANY SPONSORS VISA)
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative game concepts, mechanics, and themes aligned with player demographics and market trends.
- Design detailed game specifications including feature lists, user flow, game economy, visual direction, and characters’ mockups.
- Create engaging meta-features (e.g., free spins, bonus rounds, tournaments).
- Collaborate with mathematicians to design paytables, RTP (Return to Player), volatility models, and bonus mechanics.
- Ensure game balance between player entertainment and profitability.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, animators to bring the game vision to life.
- Produce additional graphic design materials for game marketing, promotional content, and email campaigns.
- Participate in playtesting, feedback collection, and iterative balancing of gameplay and features.
- Research global slot and casino game trends to propose innovative gameplay features.
Requirements:
- Vietnamese Speaker
- Relocation to Dubai to work onsite
- 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer.
- Strong understanding of probability & player psychology.
- Hands-on experience tracking a product from the ideation phase through to its release on app stores.
- Ability to analyze and interpret game product metrics after the product release.
- Skilled in translating ideas into wireframes and workflows for artists and developers.
- Experience handling game assets, including knowledge of file formats and optimization techniques.
- Expertise in balancing game metrics and designing game databases.
- Experience designing in-app purchase systems and game economies is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in working with game engines such as Cocos.
