We’re hiring: Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Ads)

LoveNspire is a fast-growing, Michigan-based e-commerce brand specializing in personalized décor, festive gifting, wedding essentials, and culturally inspired celebration products. We’re a digital-first company scaling through performance-driven advertising, organic social media, and influencer-led storytelling.

About the role

We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, who can also own our organic social and influencer marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, fully remote role for candidates with 3–6 years of experience, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead / Founder.

What you’ll own
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, managing full-funnel strategies from prospecting to retargeting and conversions.
  • Run audience and keyword research, A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and formats, and scale winning campaigns to hit ROAS and CPA targets.
  • Manage daily organic social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok): content calendar, posts, reels, stories, engagement, and insights to support paid strategy.
  • Build and manage a nano and micro-influencer network in décor, lifestyle, gifting, and wedding niches, including outreach, briefs, timelines, and performance tracking.
  • Track and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, AOV, conversions, engagement, reach, follower growth) and ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, CAPI, and GA4.
What you bring
  • 3–6 years of experience in paid ads, social media management, or influencer marketing with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience managing brand social media accounts plus exposure to influencer outreach or UGC programs.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with familiarity in Shopify, GA4, and performance tracking setups.
  • Clear communication, solid coordination skills, and comfort working in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Nice to have: Experience with e-commerce, gifting, décor, or wedding brands; UGC-driven performance ads; and platforms like Pinterest or LinkedIn Ads.
