Job Description


I’m helping Sagan Recruitment find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Creative Lead / Head of Creative (Player-Coach).


You will shape a global brand's creative vision, guiding impactful storytelling and elevating talent.


Compensation:

USD 2.5K - 3K/month

Remote: Colombia

Responsibilities and more:

Location: Remote – (LATAM preferred)

Salary Range: 2500 – 3000 USD/month, depending on experience and region

Work Schedule: Flexible schedule with 3 – 4 hours of daily overlap with (PST)

Position Overview:


The Creative Lead / Head of Creative (Player-Coach) will own the brand’s creative direction across channels, ensuring a consistent, compelling narrative at every customer touchpoint. This role is highly strategic and collaborative, focused on setting vision, guiding execution, and elevating creative quality through leadership and taste.


This is a player-coach role, combining high-level creative direction with mentorship and hands-on guidance—but not day-to-day production execution.



Key Responsibilities:


Define and evolve the brand’s creative vision, voice, and visual direction.

Lead creative ideation for campaigns, content themes, and brand initiatives.

Translate brand strategy into clear creative direction across marketing channels.

Provide feedback, critique, and guidance to designers, writers, and creatives.

Approve final creative concepts and ensure quality and consistency.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and leadership teams.

Stay ahead of cultural, design, and content trends to keep the brand relevant.


Qualifications:


Proven experience leading creative direction for brands, campaigns, or content ecosystems.

Strong portfolio demonstrating taste, judgment, and storytelling ability.

Experience managing or mentoring creatives in a player-coach capacity.

Ability to give clear, constructive feedback and elevate creative output.

Strong communication skills in English.

Comfortable working asynchronously with distributed teams.


Nice to Haves:


Deep expertise in one creative discipline (e.g., brand, content, editorial, or campaigns).

Experience working with global or remote teams.

Background in fast-growing or digitally native brands.
