We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across product, technology, and operations teams in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
- Support project planning, implementation, and change initiatives
- Analyse data, KPIs, and metrics to provide actionable insights
- Create documentation including business cases, workflows, and reports
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement reviews
- Support testing, validation, and solution delivery
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience working with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project environments
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
