TechHeads is currently seeking an experienced Information Security Manager for a Permanent Role.

The successful Candidate must be based in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor internal operations and infrastructure.
• Maintain security tools and technology.
• Monitor internal and external policy compliance
• Monitor regulation compliance.
• Audit external vendors.
• Work with different departments in the organization to reduce risk.
• Implement new technology.
• Audit policies and controls continuously.

Requirements:

• 10 years+ relevant IT Governance/ InfoSec experience
• Strong knowledge of the IT regulatory environment including IT Governance, Operational Resilience and DORA.
• Certification in one of the following - CISM, CISA, CISSP
• Track record of managing teams with a dedication to fostering the development of oneself and others.
• Experience in a consultancy/advisory service.
• Clear, strong communicator with ability to clearly articulate vision for the function.
• Highly organised with an ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets in a busy and demanding environment - can prioritise tasks under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, e.g. ability to listen, influence people and be assertive as required.
• Attention to detail.
• Good problem solving skills – identifying problems and proposing solutions.
