Information Security Manager

TechHeads is currently seeking an experienced Information Security Manager for a Permanent Role.
The successful Candidate must be based in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal operations and infrastructure.
- Maintain security tools and technology.
- Monitor internal and external policy compliance
- Monitor regulation compliance.
- Audit external vendors.
- Work with different departments in the organization to reduce risk.
- Implement new technology.
- Audit policies and controls continuously.
Requirements:
- 10 years+ relevant IT Governance/ InfoSec experience
- Strong knowledge of the IT regulatory environment including IT Governance, Operational Resilience and DORA.
- Certification in one of the following - CISM, CISA, CISSP
- Track record of managing teams with a dedication to fostering the development of oneself and others.
- Experience in a consultancy/advisory service.
- Clear, strong communicator with ability to clearly articulate vision for the function.
- Highly organised with an ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets in a busy and demanding environment - can prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, e.g. ability to listen, influence people and be assertive as required.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem solving skills – identifying problems and proposing solutions.
