This role focuses on content creation, copywriting, and task management with minimal day-to-day supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design intuition, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting aggressive productivity expectations.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging social media posts and short-form video content across platforms.
- Produce high-quality videos using CapCut or similar video editing tools.
- Design visually appealing carousel posts and graphics using Canva.
- Write compelling social media copy, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Manage content calendars and deadlines independently using personal task systems.
- Maintain and update blog content on WordPress websites.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and analytics.
- Support additional marketing initiatives, including basic Google Ads and website analytics.
- Proactively identify content needs and complete projects with minimal micromanagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating short-form video content.
