Job Description


We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with strong strategic marketing and positioning experience, not just content execution skills.


This role owns EmbiTronics’ marketing direction, positioning, and messaging. While content creation is part of the work, the core responsibility is defining what to communicate, who it is for, and how it supports business goals. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.


This is a part-time, remote role (20 hours/week).


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and refine EmbiTronics’ marketing strategy and positioning
  • Clearly articulate services for target client segments
  • Own LinkedIn and digital channels with a strategy-led content plan
  • Ensure website messaging is clear, accurate, and conversion-focused
  • Plan and oversee blogs, case-style content, and service narratives
  • Align marketing efforts with business goals and lead generation
  • Track performance and continuously improve messaging and strategy


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing for B2B tech, software, or engineering companies
  • Demonstrated ability to define marketing strategy and brand positioning
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel
  • Solid grasp of SEO, inbound marketing, and content-led growth
  • Ability to translate technical services into clear value propositions
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions
