Our fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP), headquartered in New York, specializes in IT support and cybersecurity. We’re looking for a Senior IT Engineer who doesn’t just solve technical problems but prevents them. This is a fully remote role designed for a seasoned professional ready to take the lead on high-value client accounts, manage complex systems, and step into a future leadership role.

What This Role Looks Like


Your mission is clear: protect, optimize, and support our clients’ IT ecosystems so they can focus on what they do best. You’ll take full ownership of critical support tickets, fine-tune cloud environments, and bring leadership to both the systems and the people behind them.


Here’s What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and optimize Office 365 configurations, from SharePoint to Exchange to device management.
  • Quickly resolve high-level network, email, and software issues, without hand-holding.
  • Own your ticket queue, responding quickly, closing at least 10 tickets daily, and never leaving clients in the dark.
  • Create and uphold IT policies that keep systems secure and teams productive.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of proactive support and accountability.
  • Identify and implement system improvements, without waiting to be asked.


What You Bring to the Table

  • A deep bench of 8+ years of experience as a Level 3 IT, with the mindset and skills to become a team lead.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Office 365, Azure, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of network architecture and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Clear, confident English communication and a service-first attitude.
  • A proven track record of taking initiative, you see what’s broken before anyone else does.
  • Experience in healthcare IT support is highly valued; cybersecurity skills are a major plus.
