Responsibilities and more:
Our client, Karumi, is a Y Combinator–backed startup enabling SaaS companies to deliver personalized product demos on demand, with no need for a human sales representative. Our AI agent learns how any software works, joins live sales calls with prospects, and, via a real browser, navigates, explains, and interacts with the product in real time, in any language.
We are growing fast, with headquarters in New York and a solid business foundation, with ARR between €3 and €5 million. We are looking for engineers with an entrepreneurial mindset who are excited to build from scratch, take full technical ownership, and play a key role in shaping the future of the product.
Location: Remote from the EU, with relocation option to New York.
Contract type: Full-time.
Salary range: €80,000, adjusted to US salary upon relocation.
Equity: Yes, with meaningful ownership in the company.
Visa sponsorship: Yes, Karumi covers and manages the full relocation and visa process.
* Build end-to-end features, from frontend components to backend services.
* Design and develop intuitive, responsive interfaces using React.
* Create high-performance APIs with Python and FastAPI.
* Work with AI workflows, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations.
* Deploy, monitor, and maintain production code on AWS infrastructure.
* Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
* Make technical decisions and take full ownership of your work.
* Iterate quickly based on real user feedback.
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
* Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript or TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as Next.js.
* Solid Python skills, ideally with experience using FastAPI.
* Experience with PostgreSQL and asynchronous patterns, with experience using Redis or Supabase considered a plus.
* Comfort with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps fundamentals.
* Product-driven mindset, with strong focus on both user experience and clean code.

* Experience with LLMs or AI-driven workflows.
* Knowledge of browser automation or headless browser tools.
* Strong design sensibility and attention to UI and UX.
