Key Responsibilities
• Conduct financial analysis on new projects, products, and promotions
• Evaluate financial viability of proposed initiatives and alignment with business objectives
• Develop and monitor annual expense plans for assigned departments
• Create key performance indicators for non-financial leaders to improve operational performance
• Identify and report on business metrics that impact growth, profitability, and strategy
• Provide analytical insights and problem-solving support to department leaders
• Partner with category teams and functional groups on profit improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within FP&A
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA and SQL experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
