Position Title: Cybersecurity Intern
Position Overview:
As a Cybersecurity Intern at Abhedit, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of cybersecurity while working closely with an experienced team. Your responsibilities will include creating technical documentation, assisting in web application security evaluations, and understanding global regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, GDPR, and DPDPA. You will also contribute to proposal documents, monitor cybersecurity trends, and provide valuable insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the organization.
- Assist in evaluating and enhancing the security of web applications.
- Build a foundational understanding of global regulations like ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, GDPR, and DPDPA.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposal documents for client engagements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity, GRC, and privacy.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on current cybersecurity trends.
- Utilize basic knowledge of technical tools to support various cybersecurity initiatives.
Qualifications:
- IT background or relevant educational experience.
- Basic knowledge of web application development and security principles.
- Familiarity with global cybersecurity regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, GDPR, and DPDPA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated on cybersecurity trends and sharing insights.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: Unpaid for the first two months, followed by ā¹5,000 per month starting from the third month.
Location: Remote ā work from anywhere in the world!
