Job Responsibilities

• Design marketing-focused visual assets across multiple channels, including web, social media, and email campaigns
• Create engaging social media graphics that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Design email marketing visuals optimized for engagement and conversion
• Support website and landing page design, including banners, layouts, and promotional graphics
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and growth teams to translate briefs into compelling creative
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Prepare design files for digital production and distribution
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on designs
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and marketing best practices

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or digital environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing design work, including:
• Web design or landing page visuals
• Social media content
• Email marketing design
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Experience designing for digital-first marketing campaigns
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and non-design stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with video, animation, or motion graphics
• Familiarity with product, apparel, or merchandise design
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Experience working with marketing teams in an agency or ecommerce environment
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, After Effects, or Canva
