About The Opportunity
Public education (K-12) — district-level technology and student services. We are hiring a remote Crypto Customer Success Specialist to support the adoption, integration, and secure operation of blockchain-based payments and Web3 services across district stakeholders in the United States.
Position: Customer Success Specialist — Crypto / Web3 (Remote, USA)
Role & Responsibilities
- Onboard and train district stakeholders (administrators, finance, vendors) on crypto payment flows, wallet setup, and safe custody best practices to ensure smooth adoption.
- Act as primary customer advocate for crypto-related products — troubleshoot transactions, reconcile payment records, and escalate technical issues to engineering or vendor teams.
- Manage integrations with crypto payment gateways and vendor platforms; validate transactions, monitor settlement status, and produce regular reconciliation reports.
- Implement and maintain compliance controls—support KYC/AML checks, transaction monitoring, and documentation required for public-sector audits.
- Create clear, accessible knowledge resources: onboarding guides, step-by-step wallet guides, security checklists, and training sessions tailored to non-technical K-12 users.
- Track usage metrics, customer health scores, and feedback; drive retention initiatives and product improvements through cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.
