At Creative Title (real estate conveyancer), we have the vision, the positioning, and the product-market fit. What we don’t have is the engine. We are looking for a founding marketer to build our marketing department from the ground up.

This isn't a role for a wait-for-instructions person. This is for a high-level operator who wants to own the architecture, the budget, and the execution of a professional services marketing machine.

You will inherit a Content Producer and a Marketing Specialist; and you’ll have a CRM Engineer (part-time); your job is to turn those resources into a high-output department.

Your First Three Missions
  • Build the Infrastructure. Design the workflows, select the tech stack, and establish the CRM/Email cadences that move leads through our funnel.
  • Architect the Paid Strategy. Take full ownership of our paid media budget. You will plan, launch, and optimize search and social campaigns, ensuring every dollar is disciplined and explainable.
  • Translate Strategy into Motion. Take the Founder’s high-level priorities and turn them into a weekly/monthly operating cadence that the team can follow.
What You Will Own
  • The Marketing Stack. Owning the CRM, automation, and reporting tools.
  • Media Buying. End-to-end management of paid channels (Search, Social, Retargeting).
  • Departmental Leadership. Setting priorities and reviewing work for our Specialist and Content Producer.
  • Performance Accountability. Tracking the KPIs that actually matter (Lead quality and ROI, not vanity metrics)
What You Won’t Do (we have a team for this)
  • You are not the daily social media poster.
  • You are not the video editor or the long-form copywriter.

You are the architect and the foreman… you fill in the gaps.

The Profile of our Ideal Builder
  • 2-4 Years of "Full-Stack" Execution. You’ve done it all, from email, to ads, CRM, and events, and you know how they should connect.
  • P&L Accountability. You don't just "spend" the budget; you own the outcome. You’re comfortable managing spend and reporting on CAC, LTV (Lifetime Value), ROI/ROAS. You’ve managed five-to-six-figure budgets and can explain a "miss" or a "win" without using marketing jargon.
  • Industry Sophistication. Experience in trust-based or regulated industries (Real Estate, Finance, Legal, etc.) is a major plus.
  • The "Push Back" Gene. You are comfortable telling the Founder "no" or "not yet" in favor of protecting the strategy.
Success in 6 Months Looks Like...
  • A "Marketing OS" is in place where the Founder no longer has to micromanage daily tasks.
  • Paid spend is predictable, profitable, and scaled.
  • As a testament to your attention to detail, please mention 'fuel injector' in your application or email response.
  • A consistent, high-quality presence across all channels that feels "always on."

You aren't maintaining a pre-existing corporate machine. You are the one who decides how the machine is built. You will have a direct line to the Founder and the autonomy to build a department the "right way" from day one.

Pay, Benefits, and Bonuses
  • Workday Schedule: Flexible 9AM-5PM US Central Time, Mon-Fri.
  • Salaries paid via ACH direct deposit, either biweekly or monthly. 
  • Paid time off (PTO) is provided in accordance with company policy.
  • A flat $250 US per month in lieu of healthcare or retirement plan benefits.
  • Bonusable activities may be offered for surge work. 
  • Please note: Aside from PTO, no other benefits are offered with this position at this time.
