We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and data-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyse processes, gather requirements, and deliver insights that support strategic and operational decision-making in a remote-first environment.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyse business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and operations teams
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments
• Support change management and process optimisation initiatives

• 2–5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau are a plus)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full legal right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
