Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients to support the evaluation and improvement of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems.
In this role, you will review and analyze AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and clarity. You will also contribute structured feedback and problem-solving insights to help improve AI model performance. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity suited for analytical professionals with strong technical and programming foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and reliability
- Create and answer computer science and data-related questions to train AI models
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI-generated responses
- Explain technical and programming concepts clearly in Spanish and English, as required
- Identify logical errors, performance issues, and inconsistencies in AI outputs
- Collaborate across multiple projects based on skills, expertise, and availability
- Adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
- Professional fluency in Spanish; English proficiency preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent technical writing and documentation ability
- Preferred: 1+ year of relevant professional experience in data analysis, software development, or related roles
Eligibility & Work Authorization
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in one of the following locations:
- Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, Puerto Rico, or the Dominican Republic
Compensation
- Hourly compensation ranging from USD $15–$32, based on task complexity and experience
- Payments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms
- Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligations
- Full compensation details are shared prior to task acceptance
Work Arrangement
- Fully remote and asynchronous
