Role Overview
As a Mobile Application Developer at CodingIT, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications using React Native or Native iOS (Swift), depending on product and technical requirements.
You will own the entire technical solution end-to-end, including mobile applications and their supporting backend services. This role requires a senior, hands-on developer capable of designing, building, and maintaining production-ready mobile apps and backend systems, making architectural decisions, and guiding other developers involved in the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native or Native iOS (Swift).
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services that support mobile applications.
- Define backend architecture, APIs, authentication, and data models.
- Lead technical decisions across mobile and backend layers.
- Guide and mentor other developers participating in the project.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of mobile products, from backend development to app store release.
- Implement scalable, secure, and performant solutions across mobile and backend systems.
- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, REST APIs, WebSockets, and push notification services.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for both mobile and backend deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
✅ Must-Have
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Strong experience building applications with React Native.
- Ability to develop native iOS applications and features using Swift, even if it is not the primary daily stack.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing backend services for mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, API design, authentication, and data modeling.
- Experience leading or owning projects from architecture to production.
- Experience with Expo, React Navigation, Redux, Context API, MobX, or similar.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend systems.
- Hands-on experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Experience working with AI or Generative AI services.
- Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, Supabase, or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure, monitoring, or basic DevOps practices.
