Job Title: Associate HR Operations Administrator
Location: Costa Rica (Remote, flexible hours)
Employment Type: Contract (12 months, possibility of extension)
Compensation: $5 USD/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Associate HR Operations Administrator to join our global HR Operations team. This role will primarily handle interview scheduling and job requisition creation for the Americas region while supporting candidate and employee lifecycle tasks. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for process improvement and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support & Coordination
- Schedule interviews (both on-site and remote) for candidates in the Americas region
- Create, edit, and duplicate job requisitions in the applicant tracking system
- Support the Candidate Support team with administrative and operational tasks
Operational & Administrative Tasks
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and process updates as needed
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 6–12 months of relevant experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administration
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Mandatory Skills
- Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency
- Strong customer service orientation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-learning ability, fast learner, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with interview scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook Calendar, Calendly)
- Interest in HR processes and operational improvement
Work Environment
- 100% Remote with flexible hours (based in Costa Rica)
