Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives, build brand visibility, and drive growth across all channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with strong creative instincts, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in building and scaling marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead and mentor the marketing team across brand, digital, content, and performance marketing.

Build brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI across campaigns and channels.

Drive lead-generation initiatives through digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.

Oversee content strategy, creative development, and storytelling for brand-building.

Implement data-driven marketing practices, using analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to support revenue and market expansion.

Manage PR, media relations, and brand reputation.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience 13+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, content, and growth strategies.

Ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

Creative mindset with strong business acumen and decision-making skills.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience in scaling marketing in start-ups or product companies.

Knowledge of performance marketing and automation tools.

Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and external agencies.
