We are looking for a curious, honest, and responsible Marketing Specialist who enjoys learning, experimenting, and continuously improving.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable saying “I don’t know yet” — and just as comfortable taking initiative to find the answer. You will play a key role in helping us generate qualified leads, expand our online presence, and strengthen brand visibility across channels such as Google Ads, TikTok, and social media.
This is a hands-on, creation-focused role, with a strong emphasis on content execution and performance awareness.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content for Instagram and Facebook (approximately 3 posts per week)
- Monitor content performance and engagement, adjusting approach as needed
- Support the production and execution of social media content
- Collaborate with internal teams using tools such as Slack, Google Chat, or Basecamp
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and basic conversion metrics
- Continuously look for ways to improve content quality, campaign effectiveness, and lead quality
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content-related roles
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (required)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content performance metrics
- Experience creating, publishing, and managing social media content
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Basecamp, or similar platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to test, adapt, and experiment
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to manage flexible hours in a part-time, remote role
- Honest, transparent, and clear in communication
