Product Manager
Salary: up to £75,000 + equity
Location: Fully remote (UK or EU)
We’re hiring a Product Manager to join a fast-growing startup in the sustainability and renewables space.
The business has moved beyond pilot phase, has live products in market, and is now scaling towards full commercialisation. This role offers genuine ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape product direction in a growing organisation.
You’ll work closely with engineering, data, design and commercial teams, owning product strategy and delivery across multiple features. Over time, there is a clear progression path into a Head of Product role as the company continues to scale.
The role
- Own product strategy and execution from discovery through to release
- Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear requirements
- Use data to inform product decisions and prioritisation
- Partner with design to deliver intuitive, user-focused experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality features and support commercial growth
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments
- Strong strategic and analytical capability
- Experience working closely with technical and data teams
- Background in sustainability, climate, data, or ML-driven products is beneficial but not essential
