We are seeking a creative, proactive, and highly self-directed Social Media Manager & Designer to develop engaging content for multiple agency clients across diverse industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible environment, brings new ideas to the table, and can manage projects independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
The Social Media Manager & Designer will plan content calendars, create professional visuals, use AI tools for ideation, and ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery for agency partners.
- Plan, develop, and execute monthly social media content calendars for multiple clients.
- Design high-quality social media graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support content ideation, caption writing, and creative brainstorming.
- Adapt brand messaging and visual identity across different industries and client types.
- Proactively analyse and recommend new strategies, creative concepts, formats, and trends to enhance client performance.
- Ensure content aligns with each client’s goals, audience, and brand voice.
- Work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively with internal team members.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members and, when needed, directly with clients to align on strategy and execution.
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; bonus for Premiere or After Effects).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new creative tools, including AI-powered platforms.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of tasks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a flexible, low-micromanagement environment where initiative is expected and valued.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
