As a QA Engineer at Growhut, you will be responsible for ensuring product reliability before and after releases.
You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to catch issues early, validate fixes, and continuously improve overall product quality.
This role is critical to everything we ship.
- Perform manual testing across web and desktop applications.
- Test features, workflows, and edge cases to ensure stability and usability.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure no regressions are introduced.
- Test applications across multiple browsers and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with developers to clarify expected behavior and edge cases.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test checklists.
- Support release readiness and pre-deployment quality checks.
- 1–3 years of experience in manual QA testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals.
- Experience testing web applications.
- Ability to write clear, structured bug reports.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or similar.
- Good understanding of UI/UX flows and user journeys.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of API testing (Postman or similar).
- Exposure to automation tools (not mandatory).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
