About The Role

We are seeking experienced Python engineers to join our dynamic team and work closely with some of the top Large Language Model (LLM) companies globally. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of AI models by generating and evaluating high-quality data used for fine-tuning and benchmarking. You will be instrumental in designing prompts, analyzing model outputs, developing Python solutions, and providing detailed feedback to guide model improvements.   • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the quality and consistency of data and evaluation metrics.
  • Analyze model outputs, identify areas for improvement, and suggest actionable insights for model refinement.
  • Participate in regular review sessions, providing detailed feedback and suggestions for ongoing model development.
