About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SEM / Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across PPC, SEO, and paid social channels for a variety of agency clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience driving performance improvements.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed marketer who understands digital advertising deeply and enjoys working in a fast-moving, flexible environment with minimal oversight.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize PPC, SEO, and paid social media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and manage campaign structure across various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, creating data-driven reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house graphic designer to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Identify opportunities for improved targeting, lower CAC, higher ROAS, and stronger conversions.
  • Take ownership of results, continuously testing, refining, and enhancing campaign strategies.
  • Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients when needed.


RequirementsExperience & Technical Skills
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns (PPC, SEO, paid social).
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing costs, and optimizing conversions.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major ad platforms.
  • Deep understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems.
