We are seeking a results-driven SEM / Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across PPC, SEO, and paid social channels for a variety of agency clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience driving performance improvements.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed marketer who understands digital advertising deeply and enjoys working in a fast-moving, flexible environment with minimal oversight.
- Manage and optimize PPC, SEO, and paid social media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and manage campaign structure across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, creating data-driven reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the in-house graphic designer to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Identify opportunities for improved targeting, lower CAC, higher ROAS, and stronger conversions.
- Take ownership of results, continuously testing, refining, and enhancing campaign strategies.
- Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients when needed.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns (PPC, SEO, paid social).
- Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing costs, and optimizing conversions.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major ad platforms.
- Deep understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems.
- Strong self-starter who thrives in a flexible, low-micromanagement environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take full ownership of campaigns and outcomes.
