We’re looking for a data-driven and analytical Marketing Analyst to measure, analyse, and optimise marketing performance across channels. In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to turn data into insights that improve campaigns, customer acquisition, and overall marketing effectiveness in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g. CAC, ROI, conversion rates)
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor marketing effectiveness
  • Support marketing attribution and funnel analysis
  • Conduct customer, cohort, and segmentation analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to optimise campaigns
  • Perform A/B testing and experiment analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing platforms
✅ Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role (or strong graduate experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia with full legal right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
