About the Opportunity:
This organization offers a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, a home delivery ecommerce experience, and a practice management system supporting over 25,000 veterinary hospitals nationwide. The role focuses on modernizing veterinary software and enhancing the pet parent healthcare experience by providing tools that allow veterinary organizations to prioritize patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Drive product enhancements by monitoring long-term projects and working with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Collect and evaluate user feedback through surveys and direct interactions with veterinary clinics and pet parents
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to remove roadblocks and ensure seamless customer experiences
• Develop product documentation to align business and engineering teams on features
• Manage 1-2 low to mid-level feature builds, defining requirements, facilitating engineering handoffs, and conducting QA testing
• Train internal teams on new product features to ensure consistent customer interactions and maximize adoption
Requirements:
• Four-year college degree with experience managing multiple projects and priorities
• Minimum of 3 years in a product management role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output
• Effective communication skills to simplify complex ideas and build team consensus
• Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and propose data-driven solutions; experience with Excel and data analytics platforms preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Technology proficiency, including Excel and data analytics tools preferred

Compensation:
• Typical base pay range across the U.S. is $65,000 to $160,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and benefits
• Salary range for Colorado is $75,000 to $120,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits
• Actual compensation varies based on skills, qualifications, and experience
• Ranges reflect base pay excluding bonus, equity, or other incentives
