Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Revenue & Core Collabs

  • Shape and execute the company’s marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Use quantitative analysis to model growth scenarios, forecast impact, and rapidly reallocate resources toward the levers that maximize conversion and revenue.
  • Own and optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion by identifying the highest-performing lead sources and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams (Solutions and Success) to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, support pipeline growth, and drive revenue impact.

2. Data, Analytics & Optimization

  • Build and maintain dashboards that expose channel, funnel, and campaign performance with absolute clarity.
  • Work with Tech/Development to define requirements for dashboards, reporting, attribution models, and marketing tools (ownership of insights, not technical implementation).
  • Audit and optimize data pipelines and tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate attribution and scalable decision-making.

3. Brand, Positioning & Audience Strategy

  • Build and evolve the brand by defining the value proposition and translating it into clear, differentiated messaging.
  • Define, document, and continuously refine buyer personas based on data, customer insights, and market signals.
  • Design and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies targeting high-value accounts in close alignment with Sales.
  • Own and scale the social media strategy across priority channels to drive brand awareness and demand.
  • Define and guide the strategic approach to industry event participation, selecting high-impact events, setting clear objectives and key messages, coordinating cross-functionally to maximize visibility and lead generation, and measuring results to refine future participation.


Skill-set required
  • At least 7 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in high-growth or data-intensive environments, with a proven track record shaping and executing full funnel strategies.
  • Strong working experience with HubSpot, including automation, attribution, CRM hygiene, and reporting, plus the ability to integrate and optimize data flows across tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and challenge external agencies, ensuring output quality, cost discipline, and alignment with performance objectives.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ownership of performance against measurable KPIs.
  • Application of AI-based tools to optimize processes and outcomes


General Requirements
  • Excellent English and communication skills (daily interaction in English involved)
  • Previous experience in financial services and/or SaaS is highly desirable
  • Passion for learning, sharing, and working with other people
  • 6 hours overlap with CET - while hours are flexible, you should generally be available most of the time, daily between 10-18, Central European time
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work remotely
