We’re looking for a Trainer to help new Vivans build the skills, confidence, and mindset they need to succeed from day one as Executive Assistants and Recruiting Coordinators.


You’ll guide onboarding sessions, give sharp and actionable feedback, and work closely with the L&D team to level up how we train. If you’re an excellent communicator, energized by helping others grow, and excited about using AI to scale learning - you’ll thrive here


Who We’re Looking For (Your Superpowers 💡)

  • 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, L&D, education, or instructional design
  • C2 English proficiency (spoken + written)
  • Experience using AI + automation tools for training/feedback (GPTs, automations, Zapier, etc.)
  • LMS knowledge


What You’ll Do (Your Impact 🚀)

  • Lead Training & Coaching - Help new talent ramp with confidence through sessions, role plays, simulations, feedback loops, and 1:1 coaching.
  • Develop & Improve Learning Materials - Build, update, and simplify curricula, resources, exercises, rubrics, playbooks, and documentation.
  • Operate and Drive the Training Process - Spot gaps, flag risks, and surface insights to improve readiness, quality, and the overall training journey.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally - Collaborate with CSMs and Talent Acquisition on readiness updates, staffing decisions, and performance insights.
  • Use AI & Training Tools Smartly - Leverage AI, automations, and LMS tools to accelerate feedback, streamline workflows, and scale training impact.
