Insight Software Solutions (ISS) is a fast-growing technology company delivering AI-powered products and custom software solutions to clients worldwide. With multiple software product launches and consulting growth initiatives in the pipeline, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who can own, run, and scale our digital marketing engine end-to-end. This is a results-driven role. We are looking for someone who has already done this before and can demonstrate real outcomes, not just activity.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that generate leads, clients, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute B2B & B2C LinkedIn campaigns
- Run global paid and organic campaigns on:
- X (Twitter)
- Other relevant platforms based on audience fit
- Manage campaigns for:
- AI & Custom Software Consulting Services
- Software & SaaS Product Launches
- Create and execute product marketing & growth campaigns
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Identify and reach out to potential clients
- Drive lead generation, engagement, and conversions
- Manage outreach strategies, messaging, and follow-ups
- Work closely with founders to refine value propositions and offers
CRM & Email Marketing
- Manage CRM pipelines and lead nurturing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns
- Track prospect journeys from first touch → conversion
- Maintain clean, structured CRM data
Analytics & Optimisation
- Track performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROI, conversions)
- Optimise campaigns based on real data
- Provide clear reporting and insights
- Continuously improve funnels and messaging
✅ Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, or product growth
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B essential)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Social media campaign management
- Strong understanding of:
- Funnels
- Conversions
- Growth marketing
- Experience managing CRM systems and email campaigns
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

- Experience marketing IT services, SaaS, or AI products
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Experience scaling campaigns internationally
- Content or copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
