Senior Business Analyst
12 Month contract
Fully Remote
$90-95 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support large, complex enterprise initiatives, with a strong focus on Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise integrations for a Global Sciences organisation. This role requires a highly hands-on BA who is comfortable operating in waterfall delivery environments, translate business requirements into clear user owning end-to-end requirements, and translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation for technical and delivery teams.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working on integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, and other CRM platforms, ensuring data flows, business rules, and process dependencies are clearly defined and understood.
Requirements & Analysis
- Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management for large and complex initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Produce high-quality documentation including:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional and non-functional requirements
- Process flows, data models, and integration mappings
- Use cases and user stories
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Maintain requirements traceability across the project lifecycle
Salesforce & Enterprise Integrations
- Act as a key BA on Salesforce implementations and enhancements, including standard and custom functionality
- Gather and document requirements for integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and other CRM or enterprise platformsChange control and impact analysis
- Support project managers with scope management and dependency tracking
- Assist with UAT planning, test case review, and defect triage, particularly for integrated systems
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex enterprise projects
- Strong hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining detailed requirements
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects
- Demonstrated experience working on ERP and CRM integrations, including data and process alignment
- Solid background working in waterfall delivery environments
- Experience translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant)
- Experience with common ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
- Exposure to middleware or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Experience in hybrid waterfall/agile environments
