- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure roles
- Previous experience in an IT Manager or Team Lead position
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and networking
- Experience with cybersecurity, access control, and risk management
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience managing IT projects and vendors
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
