SellerPrism is hiring a Senior Data Analyst who goes beyond dashboards. This role is about turning data into decisions that move revenue, margin, and growth.
You will own analytics across a multi-brand ecommerce portfolio and work directly with leadership to guide advertising, pricing, inventory, and expansion strategy. Weβre looking for someone who sees patterns before theyβre obvious and translates numbers into clear, confident recommendations.
Own Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Lead the end-to-end analytics strategy for our ecommerce operations
- Define and track KPIs that directly impact P&L
- Proactively surface risks, anomalies, and growth opportunities across brands and channels
- Deliver clear, quantified recommendations leadership can act on immediately
- Partner with leadership on pricing, inventory planning, ad efficiency, and market expansion
Build Power BI That Actually Gets Used
- Design high-impact Power BI dashboards for daily executive use
- Build and maintain shared semantic models using star schema design
- Set Power BI standards for performance, usability, and governance
- Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders across the business
Advanced SQL & Data Ownership
- Write complex SQL queries in BigQuery across multiple data sources
- Build optimized views and tables to support scalable analytics
- Own data quality and integrity across systems
- Partner with technical teams to improve pipelines and data granularity
Deep Ecommerce Analysis
- Analyze advertising performance at campaign, keyword, and ASIN level
- Evaluate funnels, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
- Monitor competitive pricing, elasticity, and market trends
- Build cohort analysis, forecasting models, and attribution frameworks
Required
- 4+ years of data analysis experience in ecommerce, retail, DTC, or high-volume environments
- Expert-level Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and optimization
- Advanced SQL skills with complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and large datasets
- Experience with BigQuery, or similar
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics like ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CVR, and LTV
- Comfort with A/B testing, forecasting, and statistical analysis
Nice to Have
- Amazon Seller Central or marketplace analytics experience
- Experience with large SKU catalogs and multi-brand portfolios
- P&L modeling or financial analysis background
- Python or R for advanced analytics
- Strong communicator who can explain complex insights simply
