• Location: Utrecht / Hybrid

In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions within enterprise workflow platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to apply artificial intelligence in ways that improve and modernize business processes. In addition, you will support internal initiatives aimed at strengthening AI-related sales and delivery capabilities.

Your focus will be on analyzing which processes should be automated, building intelligent workflows and accelerating digital transformation across organizations.

Activities Will Include

• Applying platform and AI capabilities to generate measurable business value.
• Identifying, shaping, and refining use cases for workflow and process optimization.
• Mapping data flows and assessing data maturity across departments.
• Translating business objectives into clear data and information requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong business expertise in AI and process automation (essential).
• Familiarity with concepts such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• A proactive, confident team player who enjoys learning, taking ownership, and working in a dynamic environment.
  
  

Preferred

• Exposure to enterprise service management or operational modules (e.g. IT, customer service, HR, operations, or supply chain).
• Experience with end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Product Lifecycle Management, Customer Service, Plan-to-Fulfil, Finance, or HR.
• Experience with enterprise PaaS or workflow platforms is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Basic knowledge of conversational AI, virtual agents, or automation capabilities within workflow platforms.
