Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Implementation Specialist to help radiology practices go live on NewVue.ai’s radiology workflow platform. This is a great fit for someone early in their technical career who has touched the radiology or healthcare tech stack and wants to go deeper into HL7, FHIR, PACS integrations, and cloud deployments while growing with a fast-moving company.
Compensation: base salary approximately $60,000–$70,000 USD depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, unlimited PTO, and fully remote work within the U.S. There is significant room for growth into more senior implementation, customer success, DevOps, or product-facing roles as NewVue scales.

What you will do
- Help set up and configure new customer environments in AWS using established playbooks
- Coordinate VPN access and network connectivity with hospital and enterprise IT teams
- Verify HL7 and FHIR feeds, help configure endpoints, and troubleshoot connectivity or message issues
- Support integrations with radiology systems such as PACS, reporting and dictation tools, and EHR or RIS interfaces
- Provide Tier 2 support when issues need deeper technical investigation, working closely with Customer Success and Engineering
- Participate in an on-call rotation for escalated support issues with guidance from senior teammates
- Assist Product and Engineering with manual QA testing during release cycles and customer specific validations
- Maintain and improve internal documentation for implementation and support processes
Who you are
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, implementation, IT operations, or a similar customer facing technical role
- Exposure to radiology or healthcare technology, for example PACS, RIS, EHR, HL7, FHIR, DICOM, or integration engines
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs, IP whitelisting, ports, and DNS
- Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally AWS, and interest in learning more about cloud based deployments
- Comfortable using or learning command-line tools and remote server access
- Strong troubleshooting skills and able to stay calm and methodical under pressure
- Clear, professional communicator who is comfortable working directly with customer technical teams
- Organized and proactive, able to manage a mix of planned implementation work and real time support issues
- Curious about healthcare workflows and excited to build a career in healthtech
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with HL7 interfaces, FHIR APIs, or integration engines
- Experience working with PACS, radiology workflow, or other imaging systems
- Prior participation in an on-call or escalation support rotation
- Experience with QA or testing environments for SaaS products
