- Deep understanding of PMO governance, Agile (Scrum & Kanban), and hybrid delivery frameworks
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or CSM certification
- Experience with resource management
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, consumer-facing digital products
- Experience in sports or sports-media digital projects
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering effectively with design, engineering, QA, and product teams
