Computerbilities, a well-established U.S.-based IT Managed Services Provider (MSP), is seeking a Senior Intune-Autopilot engineer to join our elite team. This is a fully remote position, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate with a high-performance U.S. team, work on advanced enterprise environments, and lead the way in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Windows Server technologies.

We are looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a growth mindset and strong communication skills. You will serve as the internal expert on Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, supporting and mentoring our team of engineers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy infrastructure across client environments.
• Serve as our subject-matter expert for Microsoft Intune and Autopilot—configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing endpoint management and provisioning.
• Train and mentor U.S.-based engineers on best practices in Intune and Autopilot, through hands-on sessions, documentation, and one-on-one coaching.
• Troubleshoot complex issues escalated by technicians, ensuring timely and accurate resolution with clear communication.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), system documentation, and technical guides for internal use.
• Collaborate with the leadership and technical team to identify process improvements and proactively resolve performance or security gaps.
• Manage IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts in coordination with U.S. teams.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience supporting and managing Intune and Autopilot, Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects.
• Hands-on experience and certifications in Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. You must be able to serve as the company’s in-house expert.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. A neutral, British, or American accent is preferred.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and training skills—you enjoy teaching and mentoring others.
• A growth mindset, with a desire to constantly improve yourself and your team.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setup.
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellence in every task.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as:

o   MS 101 – Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Associate

o   MD 102 - Endpoint Administrator (Microsoft Intune)

o   Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

o   Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
• PowerShell scripting or automation experience for system and endpoint management.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Azure AD integrations.
