Position Summary / Role Overview
The Operations Manager ensures that company strategies and instructions from senior leadership are carried out efficiently across all teams. This role monitors KPIs, maintains operational standards, and coordinates work across departments, including Marketing, IT/Tech, Creative Design, QA, HR, and Virtual Assistants.
The Operations Manager leads daily operations, manages tasks and teams, tracks progress, and reports results clearly to senior management, acting as a key link between leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Department Oversight & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate operations across Marketing , IT/Tech , Creative Design, QA , HR & VA
- Ensure each department’s daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables align with company goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Track Marketing activities including SEO performance, content output, and lead generation progress.
- Oversee IT and Design projects including web development, automations, technical fixes, and creative deliverables.
- Monitor Affiliate operations such as campaign setups, offer deployments, traffic flow, and QA audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain alignment between technical, creative, and marketing teams by coordinating workflow, dependencies, and interdepartmental communication.
- Execute all senior-management operational plans, directives, and instructions to ensure department-wide alignment.
Task Assignment, Scheduling & Workflow Management
- Assign, schedule, and track daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for all departments through CRM, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
- Ensure task ownership, deadlines, and priorities are clearly communicated and followed.
- Maintain an updated company-wide task tracker with status, progress, and dependencies.
- Conduct daily task reviews to ensure accountability, consistent work output, and alignment with operational goals.
- Identify workflow issues, delays, or bottlenecks early and take corrective action promptly.
- Maintain SOP adherence across teams and ensure proper execution of processes.
Performance Tracking, Reporting & KPI Management
- Maintain internal performance tracking through CRM activity logs, Google Sheets trackers, and dashboard analytics.
- Monitor employee attendance, daily work progress, productivity, and adherence to departmental KPIs.
- Generate and deliver employee KPI reports, team performance reports, and cross-department productivity summaries.
- Track department-level KPIs such as:
- SEO metrics, content volume, and marketing outputs
- IT & Design project progress and deployment timelines
- Affiliate performance, campaign accuracy, and QA pass rates
- Identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies and report them to management with recommended solutions.
- Ensure all performance records, trackers, and documentation remain accurate and up-to-date.
Communication, Leadership & Team Alignment
- Maintain clear two-way communication between senior management and all department heads.
- Conduct daily check-ins with team leads to capture progress, issues, and upcoming deliverables.
- Promote seamless coordination between teams working on interconnected tasks (e.g., marketing ↔ design, IT ↔ QA).
- Motivate, mentor, and guide employees to meet performance standards and departmental goals.
- Foster a professional, disciplined work environment and uphold company values across all teams.
- Support management in implementing organizational changes, strategic shifts, and operational improvements.
Quality Control, Risk Management & Issue Resolution
- Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
- Identify system issues, workflow disruptions, or personnel bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action.
- Oversee QA processes for campaigns, content, and technical deployments to maintain operational excellence.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management with detailed context and potential remedies.
- Continuously improve processes by evaluating performance data, team feedback, and operational challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
Core Project & Operations Skills
- Strong project planning, execution, and delivery management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with task tracking, scheduling, and workflow management
- Strong understanding of KPIs, performance tracking, and operational reporting
Tools & Systems
- Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Familiarity with CRM systems and internal dashboards.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong team leadership, coordination, and people-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to translate management directives into actionable team tasks
- Experience conducting daily check-ins, reviews, and performance follow-ups.
Operational & Business Skills
- Ability to identify bottlenecks, risks, and process gaps and take corrective action
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline
- Ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment.
Experience & Education
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Advanced Project Management
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall project methodologies
- Ability to manage inter-dependent teams (Marketing, IT, Design, QA, Affiliates)
Industry & Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of performance marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, and lead generation workflows
- Experience working with IT, design, automation, and QA teams
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and compliance checks.
Tools & Certifications
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications
- Experience building SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks
- Familiarity with BI or reporting tools (basic level)
Leadership Growth
- Experience mentoring team leads or junior managers
- Ability to support organizational change, scaling, and process optimization initiatives.

Working Hours:
Saturday to Thursday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (BD Time)
Breaks: 1-hour dedicated break + 30-minute refreshment break)
Probation Period
All new hires will begin with a 1-month probation period, during which they will receive 50% of the agreed salary. After successful completion, full salary will apply.
Probation is not extended beyond one month.
Compensation & Salary Range:
Competitive Salary: BDT 30,000 – 50,000 (Based on experience)
