Our client is a leading U.S. commercial real estate firm. Their marketing and creative team supports real estate agents nationwide by producing high-quality corporate and property marketing materials. The team is fully remote and distributed across multiple U.S. time zones.
Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will join a corporate marketing team, supporting company-wide initiatives and brand-driven projects. This role is focused on corporate-level design work (not production-heavy property books) and is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level designer with strong design fundamentals and attention to detail.
You will work closely with the Creative Director and internal design team, producing both digital and print assets while following established brand guidelines and creative direction.
Responsibilities
- Design digital and print marketing assets for corporate initiatives, events, social media, and internal communications
- Execute templated and semi-templated design projects while maintaining high visual and brand standards
- Edit and retouch professional headshots, ensuring consistency with brand style and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing stakeholders to deliver projects on time
- Apply brand guidelines and feedback accurately across all deliverables
- Support ongoing corporate design needs as part of a fully integrated remote team
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (junior to mid-level focus)
- Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, color, consistency)
- Experience working with both digital and print assets
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction closely
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time position with strong overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours
