About The Role
The Demand Generation Manager at Directive Consulting is a pivotal role responsible for delivering high-impact performance marketing strategies for a select portfolio of clients. This position involves working closely with no more than seven accounts, providing strategic guidance, campaign execution, and performance optimization to ensure clients achieve and surpass their SQL targets. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled T-Shaped Marketer with extensive expertise in the SaaS marketplace, particularly in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO.
Beyond campaign management, this role requires excellent client interfacing skills, including pitching strategies, managing relationships, and ensuring transparent communication. The successful candidate will be an autonomous performer, owning the success of their client portfolio through strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and data-driven decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence client growth directly and develop innovative marketing solutions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
- At least 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Deep understanding of SaaS and technology markets
- Proficiency in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO strategies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Availability to travel as needed
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Own and drive the success of SMB clients across multiple marketing channels
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns tailored to client goals
- Manage and nurture client relationships with professionalism, confidence, and empathy
- Project manage multiple accounts, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to foster trust and collaboration
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on campaign data and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions
