🎯 Key Responsibilities
Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and planning to launch and optimization.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user needs, data insights, and market research.
Translate business and customer needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, and drive continuous improvement.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product best practices.
✅ Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of complex digital products.
Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and product development processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics and customer insights.
Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English.
Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
