As part of our next growth phase, we are seeking an experienced Franchise Recruitment Specialist to own and manage the end-to-end franchise recruitment lifecycle across the USA and APAC regions.
The Franchise Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting, qualifying, nurturing, and converting high-quality franchise candidates. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective franchise partners, guiding them from initial enquiry through to final award.
This is a commercially focused role that blends consultative sales, relationship management, and process discipline.
End-to-End Franchise Recruitment
- Manage the full franchise recruitment lifecycle: lead qualification, discovery calls, presentations, validation, and franchise award
- Act as a trusted advisor to franchise candidates, helping them assess fit, territory, and investment readiness
- Own and consistently hit franchise recruitment targets across USA and APAC
Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, webinars, referrals, and events
- Proactively source and nurture outbound prospects where required
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using HubSpot
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to optimise lead quality and conversion rates
- Partner with leadership, operations, and legal teams through the approval and onboarding process
- Support franchise validation by coordinating calls with existing franchise partners
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Improve recruitment scripts, discovery frameworks, and candidate journey
- Ensure compliance with franchise regulations across regions (with internal/legal support)
- Track and report on KPIs including conversion rates, cycle time, and cost per award
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in franchise recruitment, franchise sales, or high-ticket B2B sales
- Proven success managing a full sales cycle with complex decision-making
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies and time zones preferred
Skills & Attributes
- Strong consultative selling and qualification skills
- Commercially driven with a clear understanding of ROI-based selling
- Excellent communication skills (video, phone, and written)
- Highly organised, process-oriented, and CRM savvy
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment

- Exposure to APAC markets (Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia)
