🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of experience who can take ownership of paid acquisition channels and drive predictable, scalable growth. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, while collaborating closely with creative, content, and sales teams.
This role requires both hands-on execution and strategic thinking — someone who understands not just running ads, but how ads fit into the overall growth funnel.
📌 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Build structured campaigns, ad sets, targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets aligned with business goals.
Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns on Google Ads.
2️⃣ Performance Optimization & Scaling
Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
Identify winning campaigns and scale budgets while maintaining efficiency.
Pause or optimize underperforming campaigns to improve overall ROI.
3️⃣ Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Ensure proper setup and management of Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GA4.
Analyze data using Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Track full-funnel performance — from impressions and clicks to leads and conversions.
4️⃣ Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Collaborate with design and content teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.
Work with web and product teams to optimize landing pages for conversion.
Coordinate with sales teams to understand lead quality and feedback from the ground.
Optimize remarketing and retargeting funnels for higher conversion rates.
5️⃣ Budget Ownership & Growth Experiments
Manage monthly ad budgets responsibly and transparently.
Propose new experiments, channels, and campaign ideas based on data and trends.
Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Proven experience managing Meta Ads & Google Ads accounts independently.
Experience running lead generation, conversion, and traffic campaigns.
Technical & Analytical Skills
