About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior TypeScript Developer to join our product and engineering team. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to build scalable backend services and APIs that power our platform.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing meaningfully to real-world products.

• Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and NestJS.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, optimise, and improve existing systems.
• Participate actively in team meetings, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Use AI coding tools responsibly to improve productivity and code quality.
• Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with NestJS (preferred).
• Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with databases MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment within GMT+1 hours.
