Job Description


The Holloway Group LLC, a US start-up, headquartered in Delaware. The H Group of companies (as we affectionally call ourselves) provide diverse solutions to global clients. With an office on the east coast and an international team who works remotely from their home offices, we take pride in our ability to provide our customers with high-quality, professional services on a daily basis. 


 

We're looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to join our team and shape our digital voice. This is a mostly autonomous contract role for 15 hours per week, perfect for a creative who excels in strategy and execution. 


 

About the Role: 

You'll be in charge of our social media presence. We need someone to develop a cohesive strategy, create content, engage our community, and track what’s working. 


 

We need someone who can: 

  • Develop and manage a monthly content calendar. Write sharp, on-brand copy and create simple graphics (Canva is our friend). 
  • Foster authentic conversations and manage community engagement. 
  • Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategy for growth. 
  • Work independently in a fully remote setting. 

 


You're a great fit if you have: 

  • A proven track record of growing a brand's social media presence (please share examples!). 
  • Excellent writing skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling. 
  • A self-starter mindset—you see what needs to be done and do it. 
  • Experience with core social platforms as well as social media management tools.
